Once your order has been processed...
- Your order will be verified at two separate checkpoints by a Freedom Fertility Pharmacist prior to being shipped.
- Your medications will be packaged based on any seasonal and temperature requirements and shipped with one of our designated delivery carriers.
- After your order has been picked up by the delivery carrier, if you provided your email address during order setup, you will receive a tracking email along with your customized link to Freedom MedTEACH®. Please be aware that you may not receive this email until after 9:00pm ET.
What to do with your medications when they arrive.
When your medications arrive, you should open the package as soon as possible. If your shipment contains refrigerated medication, it will be enclosed in packaging with ice packs. These medications should be removed from the packaging and stored in a refrigerator unless otherwise instructed. The day after your medications are delivered, you should expect a TLC call from one of our Patient Care Coordinators to talk through your order, see if you have any questions, and can connect you with a Freedom Fertility Pharmacist to answer any of your injection questions.
