Operations and Pharmacy Systems Enhancement

Our operations and pharmacy systems are getting an enhancement (yay!) and while there is a lot happening on our end, here is what you need to know:

Our new systems will allow for quicker and more efficient processing of your prescriptions which means we can get them to your doorstep even faster.
As we transition to our new system, our pharmacy services will be limited. On Saturday, 9/16 and Sunday, 9/17 we will have limited dispensing capabilities but will remain staffed to support your emergency medication needs or medication questions you may have. Your prescriber has been made aware of this transition and should be planning any upcoming medication needs with these two days in mind.
You are, and have always been, our #1 priority. This change is leading us to many other exciting updates coming this year, all intended to support you in new ways and to help make this process even easier.
